Lucky Days is committed to providing an enjoyable gaming experience while recognising its responsibility to prevent and address gambling-related harm. This Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the measures available to players and the procedures for requesting them.
We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to:
Play for entertainment, not to make money.
Avoid chasing losses.
Establish limits for yourself.
Do not let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities.
Never gamble unless you can cover potential losses.
Take regular breaks.
Consider the following questions. If you answer “yes” to several of them, we encourage you to take steps to prevent gambling from negatively affecting your life:
Does gambling affect your work?
Has gambling caused arguments with family or friends?
Do you repeatedly return to recover losses?
Have you borrowed money to gamble?
Do you view gambling as a source of income?
Do you find it difficult to limit your gambling?
Independent organisations providing assistance to people experiencing gambling-related problems include:
• GamCare
All requests related to Responsible Gaming (“RG”), including requests for a temporary break from gambling (Cooling-Off), Self-Exclusion, account closure for gambling-related reasons, and setting, changing, or removing limits, must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Players requesting Cooling-Off or Temporary Self-Exclusion should specify the requested duration. Requests for additional information must not unnecessarily delay the immediate application of a requested protective measure.
Cooling-Off is intended for players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling. Available periods are:
24 hours
7 days
1 month
Upon the player’s explicit request, Cooling-Off is applied immediately without the need to ask additional questions, provided there are no Responsible Gaming concerns. Lucky Days will not discourage or unnecessarily delay the player’s decision.
During Cooling-Off, the player may access their account to check the status of withdrawals or manage limits but cannot make deposits or play. Player funds remain accessible for withdrawal, subject to applicable AML/CFT controls. No bonuses, free play or other gambling incentives are offered during this period; players who have opted out of marketing do not receive promotional communications.
Before gambling access may be restored after the Cooling-Off period, the player may be required to confirm that they are not experiencing gambling-related problems. If RG concerns are identified, the case is escalated for further assessment, and the account may remain closed or restricted or be subject to additional protective measures.
Players may request Temporary Self-Exclusion for any of the following periods:
6 months
1 year
3 years
5 years
Upon the player’s explicit request, Self-Exclusion is applied immediately. During Self-Exclusion, the player cannot access their account or participate in gambling activities. Promotional and marketing communications are disabled.
Any request for early termination of Self-Exclusion may only be considered by contacting the Responsible Gaming team at [email protected]. A request does not guarantee early termination or restoration of access.
If significant concerns regarding gambling-related problems arise, the case must be assessed by the RG team, and the account remains blocked until an appropriate decision has been made.
Where wagering occurs after a Self-Exclusion request but before enforcement, it is voided and refunded, subject to AML/CFT controls. Participation in ongoing tournaments and progressive jackpots ceases when Self-Exclusion is applied.
Indicators such as loss of control over gambling, serious financial difficulties or an explicit disclosure of gambling-related problems require escalation to the RG team. Depending on the circumstances, permanent account closure or Permanent Self-Exclusion may be applied.
Permanent Self-Exclusion is considered irreversible.
Permanent account closure for reasons unrelated to RG may be reviewed for possible reopening, provided there are no other obstacles, such as AML concerns, fraud or regulatory requirements.
Requests to reopen accounts closed at the player’s request may be considered after reviewing the reason for closure and the available information about the player and their account history.
Reopening is not available for accounts closed due to gambling-related problems, concerns about the player’s financial capacity, Self-Exclusion, or unresolved AML, fraud or regulatory issues. Requests for early termination of Temporary Self-Exclusion, if any, are handled solely by the RG team under Section VII and do not constitute ordinary reopening requests.
If additional information or answers to RG questions are required for the assessment, the account remains closed until the review is completed.
Players may use the available Responsible Gaming tools and limits. Requests to set, change or remove limits must be submitted to [email protected].
When increasing or removing limits, the applicable waiting periods must be observed. Repeated changes to limits or attempts to remove them may constitute indicators requiring further RG assessment.
Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18 years old) to gamble on Lucky Days. Players are responsible for understanding the age restrictions that apply where they reside and play.
We advise parents and guardians to:
Password-protect computers, mobile phones and tablets.
Do not leave devices unattended while logged into a gambling account.
Keep account details and payment cards inaccessible to children.
Do not save passwords where children can access them.
Use filtering software (for example, Net Nanny) to restrict access by minors.
Players may submit formal complaints through the complaint submission mechanism accessible via the Interactive Site Seal on the Lucky Days website.
The Operator shall investigate and respond to complaints within thirty (30) calendar days. If unresolved, players may escalate the dispute to an approved independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) provider at the Operator’s expense.
The Anjouan Gaming Authority does not resolve individual player disputes and acts solely as a regulatory supervisory body.
For further details, please refer to the Operator’s Complaints Policy.
