Speedy Tomatoes
Speedy Tomatoes Games at Lucky Days: Where Your Choices Count
Speedy Tomatoes games are different from almost everything else in our lobby. There are no reels here. Instead, the studio's Powerpoker range brings you video poker, where you decide which cards to keep and which to throw away. Those decisions matter.
At Lucky Days you can play nine Speedy Tomatoes variants: Jacks or Better 4000, Deuces Wild, Aces 6000, Tens or Better SideBet, Nines or Better Triple Win, Double Joker Side Bet, Kings and Queens, Louisiana Double and Kansas City Lowball.
Speedy Tomatoes at a glance
- Product: video poker only, under the Powerpoker name.
- Variants: nine versions, from classic Jacks or Better to Lowball.
- Extras: side bets and special payouts in several variants.
- Good for: players who enjoy card games with a bit of strategy.
A quick guide to a video poker hand
Every Powerpoker round follows the same four steps:
- Place your bet and receive five cards.
- Hold the cards you want to keep.
- Draw new cards to replace the rest.
- Get paid for your final hand according to the paytable.
The better your final hand, the bigger the payout. A royal flush sits at the top of every paytable.
Our Speedy Tomatoes shortlist
- Jacks or Better 4000. The place to learn. A pair of jacks or better already pays.
- Deuces Wild. Every two is wild, so big hands show up more often, but the paytable adjusts.
- Double Joker Side Bet. Jokers as wild cards, plus an optional side bet.
- Kansas City Lowball. A reverse twist where the lowest hand wins.
- Tens or Better SideBet. Lower pairs pay, which makes sessions feel smoother.
How Speedy Tomatoes compares in our lobby
Most providers in our lobby offer card games as a side project. Speedy Tomatoes is the opposite: video poker is the whole catalogue. If you want blackjack or baccarat as well, Leap Gaming and Playtech cover those.
- Great for: players who enjoy card decisions and a bit of strategy.
- Skip it if: you want animation, themes and bonus rounds.
Where Speedy Tomatoes falls short
If you want animation, themes and bonus rounds, video poker will feel plain. The range is also small and entirely focused on one format.
Before you play: our checklist
- Learn one variant well. Strategy differs from game to game.
- Always read the paytable. It tells you exactly what each hand is worth.
- Look at the RTP. For video poker, it assumes perfect play, so your real results depend on your decisions and luck.
Speedy Tomatoes questions we get asked
Is video poker a game of skill?
Partly. Your decisions about which cards to hold affect the outcome, but the cards you receive are random. Good play can improve your results over time, not guarantee them.
Which Speedy Tomatoes game is best for beginners?
Jacks or Better 4000. It has the simplest rules and the clearest strategy.
Can I play Speedy Tomatoes on my phone?
Yes. Speedy Tomatoes games run in the mobile browser, and you can also open them in the Lucky Days app.
Deal yourself a hand of Powerpoker and see which variant suits you. Check our current promotions before you start. 18+ only. Please play responsibly.
